BONBOA

‘BONBOA’ is a warm, dreamy, peachy LUT and was designed to bring the warmth and gorgeous pastel colours I experienced on a recent trip to Portugal. This LUT was not based on any one film stock but it definitely has that film-like tone.

For me this LUT looks the best when exposed correctly or slightly over, but it can also be underexposed for a completely different feel. To squeeze the most from ‘BONBOA’ make sure to warm up your White Balance and play with the Contrast.

Like all my LUTs, ‘BONBOA’ gives quite a strong look. I wanted to feed this LUT as much colour as possible so I chose a Vivid Photo Style base. If you feel that’s a little strong, you can however change to Natural or Standard. Another option is to turn down the LUT Opacity in-camera. I like to set mine at 70% for a more subtle feel. Obrigado!

Check out this video I shot in Portugal which was shot on V-Log, converted to a normal colour space and then coloured with my ‘BONBOA’ LUT…
